Like most people, we have spent the last few months learning about COVID-19 and how it’s impacting our city, community, and country. For us at BMW of Brooklyn, that means understanding how it affects our employees, customers, and rest assured we are making all the necessary adjustments to our daily operations upon reopening to ensure one simple objective.

The one objective that guides us is keeping our customers, employees, and their loved ones safe. This very goal has been at the center of every decision we made when we reopened and continues to be top of mind.

Q: Is BMW of Brooklyn open for business?

A: Yes! Our showroom and service centers are open for business and you have our promise that every precaution has been taken to ensure  a safe and hygienic environment.


Q: Do I have to make an appointment before visiting?

A: No, appointments are no longer required! We are now fully open, with social distancing rules and proper hygiene measures in place. We still recommend making an appointment ahead of time to ensure you have as little downtime as possible upon your arrival.


Q: What is BMW of Brooklyn doing to ensure customer safety?

A: From having an abundance of hand sanitizer available at all entrances and throughout the building, to sanitizing all surfaces and common areas in the showroom and waiting room, requiring frequent hand washing, sanitizing and applying seat and steering wheel covers to vehicles in for service, and requiring employees to stay home if they are feeling ill, we are proud of the steps we’re taken to ensure the safety of everyone, employee or customer!

In addition, all employees will be trained in appropriate  cleaning and disinfecting, hand hygiene, respiratory etiquette.

Curbside Service:


Our Service department has implemented curbside pick up and drop-off. No need to enter the building, we will have loaner vehicles cleaned and ready should you need. Now you can have convenient and safe “no contact” access to BMW Service.
