Are you familiar with the Sunset Park area of Brooklyn? You may have heard that this neighborhood is “behind the times” or “not quite trendy”, however when you speak with a resident, you hear a very different story.

As an up-and-coming area, this Brooklyn neighborhood is seeing cool shops and family-owned businesses appearing in many historic 20th century buildings. With a genuinely local and unique feel, you can forget all about the notion that Sunset Park isn’t trendy enough. The arrival of the Italian-owned avocado bar in Industry City appropriately named Avocaderia is just one of the many reasons why this once boring area is on its way up!

In addition to these new shopping and dining options here in Sunset Park, there is also a notable increase in public transportation. In the not-so-distant future, Brooklyn residents can expect to see a streetcar service from Sunset Park to Astoria, as well as a protected bike lane along the busy 4th Avenue. The goal of these additions is to make getting around the city easier, safer and more environmentally friendly.

With all of these enhancements on the way to Sunset Park, it is no big surprise that the service department of BMW of Brooklyn is located here as well! We are fully committed to servicing your automobile as quickly and efficiently as possible for competitive prices that are difficult to beat. We’ll get you back on the streets and back to exploring all of the new attractions in Sunset Park.

You can find our service department at 9326 4th Ave, right across the street from the Brooklyn Army Terminal- the very place where Elvis Presley deployed from.
